Panda is yet another move from the Primal Series or Animal series introduced to me under the umbrella of Budokon, however this movement works your entire body and nice and slowly forcing you to move with control.


Your heart rate will jump up and your core will be invigorated.

  • Keep a flat back.
  • Squeeze your shoulder blades together.
  • Stick your tailbone up, suck in the deep low belly.
  • Lift the opposing limbs, aka your right hand and your left foot.
  • Hold it there suspended and then without changing your body’s position shift forward and land both limbs softly on the ground. SOFTLY!
  • Lift the opposite and continue to walk across a room.
