- Move with whichever limb you want to and keep a flat back.
- Stay level with shoulders over your wrists as often.
- Keep your knees under your hips. [This is key to keeping the core engaged.]
Stick your tailbone up to the ceiling!
Walk slowly at first so that you become comfortable with the movement and then overtime play with the pace as an added intensity.
