Sphynx is great stretch for everyone, and an awesome trick to do between sets of abdominal exercises. It will reduce cramping and give you the length you need to power through your next set.

Sphynx Pose is quite easy to hold for the first two minutes and then becomes a bit more difficult, but as Yin Yoga will teach you, you have to stay a bit longer to make an appreciable difference in the elasticity or flexibility in the fascia. Please visit the site for more info on this.
