Gorilla will forever hold sentimental value for me as it is the first of the primal series I ever learned. Again one of the amazing moves that came to me via Budokon, but can be find in many animal flows/training.
Keep an even pace. It is tempting to go really fast, but that is not the goal. It will get better and the burning in your quads does eventually go away, of course. This move allows you to work your hip flexibility and mobility while getting some leg and cardio action in.
Do not continue this exercise if your hips are so tight that this position is painful.
Never slam your wrists into the ground and gracefully land with each gorilla jump.
Be the best gorilla you can be. 😉
