This move combines an easy Reverse Lunge into a Pistol Squat. Take your time and do one stationary set before you make it mobile moving across a room or gym floor. This dynamic warm-up is an advanced move. Not because it is terribly difficult, but because there requires a certain level of balance and body awareness.
It is a great warm-up to do before training legs uni-laterally as this warm up loosens up the left and right leg independently – just what you need to overcome any imbalances you have.
We all have discrepancies between our left and right side.
