Everyone has different habits of mental preparation. Find what works for you.

You are the only person who can make what seems impossible, possible.

You have to train your mind to commit to the thirty minutes, or hour, whatever it is you have set as your goal today for physical activity.

You cannot let yourself be talked out by the inner lazy. We all have an inner lazy and they are not bad. We love them. Thank god they are around for really good movies and amazing snow days, but there is a time and place for all, and the inner lazy can never interfere what you have told yourself you were going to physically do today.
